Located in Woodland Hills on the western edge of the San Fernando Valley, the home offers a peaceful residential setting while staying close to some of the area's best shopping, dining, and outdoor destinations. Westfield Topanga, Topanga Village, Warner Center, and Ventura Boulevard are nearby, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and everyday conveniences. Woodland Hills also sits next to Calabasas and the Santa Monica Mountains, with convenient access toward Topanga Canyon and Malibu. It's a great home base for exploring both the Valley and greater Los Angeles while coming back to a quieter neighborhood at the end of the day.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay, including all four bedrooms, four bathrooms (including the outdoor restroom and shower), living and dining areas, kitchen, swimming pool, waterfall and pond area, fire pit lounge, outdoor BBQ kitchen, outdoor dining area, and outdoor TV lounge. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Guests may access the laundry area only and should not enter or use any other part of the garage. Free parking is available on-site and on nearby streets, subject to local parking regulations. EV charging is available with prior approval for an additional fee.
