Noise violation fee: $500. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guest fee: $100 per person. • No parties, events, or commercial photography/filming without prior written approval. • No glass bottles, glassware, or other breakable items in or around the pool or hot tub area. Glass violation fee: $300. • Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub, waterfall, fire pit, and other outdoor areas. • Please make sure the BBQ and fire pit are completely turned off after use. • Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out fee: $200. • The home is accessed using a smart lock. Please do not share your access code with anyone who is not a registered guest. • Please treat the home with care and report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. • Exterior security cameras may be installed in outdoor areas for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home. By booking, guests agree to follow these house rules and all applicable booking platform policies.

Everyday conveniences are nearby as well, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping available around Castaic and neighboring Valencia.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard during their stay, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, washer and dryer, private swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit lounge, BBQ area, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers. Any locked owner, storage, utility, or maintenance areas are not available to guests. Free parking is available on the property and on nearby streets, subject to local parking regulations.

Find us

A car is strongly recommended for getting around Castaic and the surrounding Santa Clarita area. The home has convenient access to I-5, making it easy to reach Six Flags Magic Mountain, Castaic Lake, Valencia, and other nearby destinations. Castaic Lake is accessed from Castaic Lake Drive, while Six Flags Magic Mountain is located off Magic Mountain Parkway in Valencia. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, but the neighborhood itself is primarily residential and not especially walkable for sightseeing or daily errands.
