Noise violation fee: $500. • Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guest fee: $100 per person. • Pets are allowed with prior approval only. Pet fee: $100 per pet. • Please treat the home and outdoor area with care and report any accidental damage promptly. • Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee starting at $100. • Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the property without prior approval. • Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requires prior written approval. Unauthorized late check-out fee: $100. • Please respect our neighbors and residential surroundings throughout your stay. By booking, guests agree to follow these house rules and all applicable booking platform policies.

The guest house is located in a residential neighborhood in Reseda in the San Fernando Valley. You’ll be within a short drive of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences along Reseda Boulevard and surrounding areas. Woodland Hills, Warner Center, Westfield Topanga, and Topanga Village are also nearby. The location provides convenient access to the 101 and 405 freeways for exploring other parts of Los Angeles.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire guest house, including the bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and private outdoor patio with BBQ and dining area. The washer and dryer are located in a shared laundry area and may also be used by guests staying in the other home on the property. Please use only the areas designated for the guest house and respect the privacy of the separate house. Any locked owner, storage, utility, or maintenance areas are not available to guests. Free parking is available on the property and on nearby residential streets where permitted.
